PRIMARY SERVICES :

Design and Build. Watercress has a unique “round table” approach to developing a design,
from the first conceptual stages through to detailed working drawings.Through the early
involvement of appropriate professionals and trades, options can be developed and
incorporated that would be impossible at later stages, as well as avoiding complex and costly
changes.

Custom Build. Watercress will build a custom home from drawings and specifications
already complete and supplied by the Client, Architect or Design Professional.

Renovations – Supply professional services (consultation, design, planning etc) and
appropriate craftsmen to modify, adapt or extend existing structures.

CONSULTATION SERVICES :

Site Review. For the assessment of a property either for purchase or development,
Watercress will visit a site and take photographs, identify potential building locations, review
drainage, determine options for services, engage a geo tech engineer (if required) and carry
out a general inspection of the area.

Preliminary Design Review. The appraisal of existing plans for suitability to a property and
specific aspects of the design to the terrain and determine potential options.

Construction Perspective. Watercress will provide a review of a design and drawings, at
any stage, to an Architect, Design Professional or Client from a building prospective, when
requested.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES :

Water Ingress Analysis - Watercress will examine an existing structure to determine where
water may be entering a home. Evaluate the extent of penetration and/or damage. Compile
summary report with recommendations for corrections and repairs.
